The Citizens Control for a Healthy Environment Program wants its legal actions methods to be known by all the citizens . Thus, it documented the performed works in a more technical and global way, through the presentation of six cases, related to the environment and to the defense of the rights in the justice scope.

This volume gathers a bunch of articles related to the environmental, legal and institutional aspects of the citizen control for the right to a healthy environment. It includes a diagnostic of the environmental problems of the AMBA, an evaluation of the legal tools for the defense of a healthy environment and a balance of the jurisprudence evolution of the injunctive relief as a tool for the defense of collective rights.
