Citizen Control Program
for a Healthy Environment

This Program proposes to activate and to develope the constitutional mechanisms of public participation in order to ensure the accountability of the State, companies and individuals in environmental management.

Greater in-depth knowledge of the rights and guarantees for compliance are fundamental if they are to be fully exercised by citizens. Our program hopes to create spaces for public participation which are currently not being occupied, due to ignorance or skepticism on the part of the public.
