Los siguientes aspectos, relacionados a la temática de análisis,
sirvieron de guía para el desarrollo de esta primera semana de
diálogo:
- Awareness-raising and training among judges and prosecutors to decide
or impinge on environmental decisions.
- The involvement of civil society in environmental judicial procedures
- The relationship between the Judiciary and the Executive Branch as
regards environmental enforcement and compliance
- Assessment of environmental enforcement and compliance by the Judiciary
and the Public Ministry. Access to environmental justice, the efficacy
of the judicial procedure and the effectiveness of environmental decisions.

- Civil action and the process for environmental damage in Latin America
(legal standing, measures of urgency and proof, costs, scope of the
sentence).
- Constitutional processes and environmental protection in Latin America
