Materials available in the IC

The library of the Information Center specializes in environmental law and policy, such as:

• environmental legislation, doctrines and jurisprudence
  
• books, periodicals, newsletters and conference materials
  
• environmental and sustainable development catalogues and directories
  
• a collection of CD-ROMs and diskettes with a variety of information related to the environment

Some of our most important collections are:

• The "Boletín Oficial de la República Argentina"/The Official Argentine Bulletin (since 1994)
  
• Digest of Argentine Environmental Legislation (edited by the IAPG)
  
• International Environmental Law: Multilateral Treaties (edited by CIEL)

Databases:
A large part of this material is organized into three databases:

• A bibliographic database with more than 8,200 entries, which includes books, periodicals and working papers.
  
  
• A legal database (Ecolegis) with more than 4,600 entries, which includes Argentine and foreign environmental legislation.
  
  
• A new jurisprudential database, with more than 260 entries, which includes Argentine and foreign judicial decisions.
